Shipping & Packaging
I ship all pottery carefully and sustainably, reusing packaging and packing materials whenever possible. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. Shipping is a flat rate based on package weight and size, so you’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note: occasional delays may occur when I am traveling, but I’ll always keep you informed.
Local Pickup
If you're near Campbell, California, just choose “Local Pickup – Campbell, CA” at checkout. I’ll email you once your order is ready to arrange a pickup time. The exact address will be shared once we schedule.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and unique, returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll work with you to arrange a refund or replacement. For full details, please my Return Policy.

Are your pieces food-, microwave-, and dishwasher-safe?
Yes! All functional pieces are food-, microwave-, and dishwasher-safe unless otherwise noted in the product description. That said, handwashing is always a little gentler and can help your pottery last even longer.
How often do you restock?
I update the shop in small batches as I make new work. The best way to stay in the loop is by signing up for email updates on the homepage or following me on my social platforms.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, please reach out — I’m happy to explore international shipping options on a case-by-case basis, but please note that costs and delivery times may vary.
